There is a lake nearby and I enjoy looking at the beautiful lily pads and the wonderful flowers they produce. The other night there was quite a rainstorm with several needed inches of rain. The next day all of the lily pads were submerged. I thought that was the end of them but today, they were there. They made a comeback from the storm. We’ve had quite the storm in our lives for over a year and I believe we can come back. Hate, anger and impatience won’t be our friends. We need to choose to be grateful and look for others to help. Then, like the lilypads, we will more than survive, we will thrive. Just Be Kind.
